Destiny 2: Warmind |OT| Mars Attacks!

One of my students cancelled last week and I had to reschedule him for tomorrow, meaning I work an hour earlier than usual at 1pm. It's cool, but inside I was like "noooooooooo fuuuuuuck!" Gonna have maybe 2 solid hours of game time if the servers come right back up on time at 11am.

My hunter is generic new monarchy set
And my Titan... Well it literally just has a bunch of random pieces of armor on it.
My drestiny game is lazy.
Speaking of Iron Banner. I wonder what the chances of actually being able to participate and get event rewards outside of PVP in the futur. I don't mind playing PvP, I hate being forced to play PvP to participate in events though.
It tickles me to death that so many of you unronically ware the Raid Lair armor sets with no shame.
That Hunter is sick. Is that Dead Orbit stuff? Need a decent black shader.My Guardians are ready for Warmind.
This is my Titan. I'm kinda useless in D2 but I'll never let go of my Titan Defender + Saint-14 memories. Bubble bros for life.
I found the Iron Banner ornaments pretty painless on my Titan with Peacemakers, dual SMGs, and high mobility. Gets you in close for lots of melees. Striker top tree for double pulse grenades. IB 6v6 is the most fun I've ever had in D2 aside from the raid.
Thanks! Only the shader is from Dead Orbit. It's Dead Orbit Resurrection and it's awesome. It's on all of my guns and armor. I'm down to my last one, so I need to be picky.
Most of the armor is from the Raid Lair, my current favorite Hunter set. The cloak is from EDZ and the arms are from Zavala and use the Season 2 ornament.
Aside from the cloak and arms, I love the Hunter set and the Warlock chest piece. The Titan set can go away.
I miss the Old Guard shader and the Stranger's Rifle, but at least I can kinda cosplay the Boss from MGS3.
Ryouji Gunblade Wow, I love how unique yours are. You pull off some great looks with a lot of lesser used armor pieces. Seriously great job.

Okay okay I gotta admit. I'm pretty happy with my hunter. Not super inventive with mixing shaders, but there's already some unshaderable stuff there, so it was tough.

My hunter is weak but atleast i'm fashionable. Never really got into Osiris expansion until these couple last weeks. Eager to see what Warmind can offer :)
I grinded my ass off for it. Seriously I hardly want to touch a public event again. Had to buy it ultimately. I was terrified because I was worried I'd buy it and then selfie would go on sale the next week and I wouldn't have any bright dust...and then I got selfie in an engram and was like welp that answers that.
That's to say nothing of my Dawning gear. I saved up to buy the emote (yes, all 3250 for a crappy emote), having to sell the one exotic ship I was somewhat meh on (would have loved to keep though). Luckily, I got the ship I wanted on my very last possible engram. I feel so awful for people who didn't get it. I love it.
I did so much grinding in Season 2 it's not even funny. Thank goodness I some how got all the emotes for free. I might have quit the game otherwise lol.
Eververse sucked so much balls in Season 2. Thankfully Crimson Days was just absolutely better than the Dawning in every way and I'm more encouraged for future events.
But yeah I'm still not the most happy with destiny 2's armor in general. Hoping for some good stuff in Warming as well! Bungie's "seraph" design language is really good.
In hindsight, my apathy towards D2 began when i realized they killed the usefulness of my bubble. What was my favorite class and ability from the first game, was reduced to an afterthought and something i've used a handful of times since the release of D2.
Well, the community bitched incessantly about the Titan Defender being the most necessary Titan build in D1 PvE. You wouldn't think of running a raid without one. I was fine being OP since Defender was kinda my thing and the only class I ever wanted to play but not everyone had fun being obligated to do bubble duty. So Bungie nerfed us and gave away our perks to the Warlocks.
I'm not happy with how they accomplished the nerf, but I mean...there were good reasons. I've actually been having fun being somewhat useful in 6v6 control. There's no greater joy than popping a bubble over a control point, trolling an enemy to waste their super on you, then dropping a suppressor grenade and punching them to death. Doesn't always work out like that but when it does, it's beautiful.
M8, fashion is the real endgame, you still got to look fly while shooting shit with friends.
Seriously, the endgame is dressing up our dolls.
Fuck it, me neither. Ran it another ten times tonight and got Crimson out of an exotic drop, but no Duty Booty. And I turned in all my IB tokens hoping for Hero's Burden. Nope. Think I'm all done now. Bring on S3.

Isn't it better to wait until after the DLC drops to have a chance at the new stuff? Or is it reset day? It's been so long since I played.

My clan has become really inactive because of the mess this game was until recently. Are there any PC EU clans going around that are active with open spots for me and 3 friends?
