I'm not sure how reliable USA Today's television "sources" are but...

But Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which is not expected to return on ABC after a five-season run, could resurface on Disney's forthcoming streaming app, sources say, though no deal has been finalized. ABC declined comment on its status, but did not include it among a list of renewed shows.

But both The Hollywood Reporter and Entertainment Weekly make it sound as if it's still in contention at ABC proper. That feels like pure speculation because it wasn't in the most recent list of cancellations.

ABC is trying to run out the clock before Feige goes whining to Iger again.

On a brighter note silence from NBC about the Sony shows is good news for Blacklist and Timeless(prays to the tv god)

Frustrating but not surprising about Hulu and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. No one's really in the saving canceled show game.

I think this is probably it.

Gonna have to disagree with you there. It's been mostly downhill since the start and was super jump the shark when Gina and Boyle were together. I found myself falling asleep during episodes.
That lasted for, like, two episodes and was a minor subplot even then. There was nothing jump the shark-y about it. Just a silly subplot. And the only part with any sort of noticeable dip in quality was the beginning of season 4 where Holt and Peralta had to go into witness protection. Even then it wasn't bad but the show lives on the incredible chemistry & playful banter all the actors/characters have with each other, so forcing two characters out of the equation wasn't the best choice.

I don't think the show needs to go on for another 5 seasons but the show easily has another 1-2 seasons in it without stretching it too thin. The characters are just so fun together you could make an episode where they do nothing but watch shit like Last Man Standing or Friends and it would still be funnier and more enjoyable than the best episodes of either of those shows.

The Crossing was about superhumans? Seemed like a Lost clone that got Lost

Fuck ABC for canceling Kevin (Probably) Saves the World. That was a surprisingly awesome show.

As for The Crossing: I have about four or five episodes on my PVR. Do I even bother watching them? I've watched two so far and am kind of meh on it.
