My current job is in my area that is accounting but the accountant doesn't give a fuck and we do a lot of...kinda illegal stuff and that is not going to help me at all for my next job.
But you can say you worked in accounting. A lot of times, interships have that problem, that they don't teach you much, but they help in the resume because they, at least, certify that you have related experience to pass the first filter.
I have my first job now, and despite going through two internships, I'm learning new stuff. It's expected, so don't fret much.
You can supply that with your own skills, because whatever first job you land they will have to train you.
