Cut the shit drake. Ain't no explaining that shit. At some point during the makeup application process his moral compass should went off. When the makeup artist started applying the lipstick drake should of put his clothes back on, and said I'm not ready yet.

And before you think I'm a Drake Stan I'm not. I think pushas new album is great, the new diss track was awesome and Drake's music is overrated. I'm just being realistic that Drake has nothing to gain from destroying Pusha. He needs to go diss someone at the top.
Drake isn't dissing anyone at the top, ever. Kanye is only up there because of his recent publicity, but his music isn't up to par. He already passed on trying against Kendrick (Even post Control, Kenny been sneak dissing), knows better than to go at someone like Jay (Remember Money Phone? Future folded on that one, it seems), and doesn't really want it with real beef Kings (Em). Drakes entire beef catalog is based on him going after rappers below his lyrical level (Common and Meek).

He could very well go after Kanye, but that doesn't earn him anything either, since Kanye lost his fucking mind and isn't putting out consistently good music. Drake doesn't punch above his weight, he strategically picks his battles. He just made a serious miscalculation on this one.

Sound like he's trying to be above it all now lmao. Well Push certainly did a number on him.

If he don't respond tomorrow or Friday I highly doubt he will. He's gonna wanna steak Kanye/GOOD's thunder if he's gonna swing back.

Dawg

I have never seen Aubrey doing damage control like this. Pusha's done what so many rappers could only dream of doing.

I don't see what he has to gain by continuing the feud. I doubt Pusha will drop another track if he doesn't respond. If he does I think it might start making him look bad. Drake should have stuck with sneak dissin

Bro, if you aren't raising your kids you are a deadbeat. Hey son, I know I never see you or spend time with you, but I named my Adidas brand after you.

Come on, that is some lame ass shit.

Kendrick outsold Drakes last album, so who knows how they might affect his sales.

What are you going on about ?

As of 4/18

Views = 4+ milllion
Damn = 3.1 million

But let me guess you're trying to Cherry pick more life when you knows it's mixtape and not a studio album. Regardless more life was streamed over a billion so drake still wins.

Common ain't below Drakes lyrical level. Popularity yeah. But not lyrically. Common was just in his feelings and Drake strategically chose to respond on a hit crew track.

drake is going to respond, that's a given now

I wasn't lying when I said that post would be the most meticulously crafted bars from drake this whole beef. he can't push send on that post without multiple other people signing off first. drake is a pop star and brand. every single word of that post was carefully considered and put under a microscope.

he said he hopes everyone is "enjoying" the circus, meaning the circus is ongoing

In retrospect, Drake should've never responded. He had nothing to gain and what Pusha said was light but Drake just had to take the bait. I bet he's regretting it now.

Lmaoooooo.

Canada is basically Wakanda in this lol.
LMAO too true!

And yeah at this point I think it's over. Push got nothing else to say and Drake's made that PR statement. If he responds again then it looks lame given the guy did this, there's no need.Pusha pretty much took it to the hole and did something tons of rappers have tried to do since 09, put a bullet in Drake. Yeah he'll get back on his feet but many people will see this and try to use it against him in the future. Basically they realized Drake's got a glass jaw.

Wow....

He should have not responded. That was weak.. Circus? The circus you performed in center ring?

You're better than this now?

And taking blackface pictures is how we represent the struggle?

Man, I don't keep up with Drake and most of the things going on with him, but I happened to check this since Push was involved. And after seeing things up to this point, the PR statement from drake is basically the biggest way to take the L.

The Drake stans in here have no way to defend that PR message as a response...there's just no way, right?

Drakes entire beef catalog is based on him going after rappers below his lyrical level (Common and Meek).
Yo, bro, what is this? Common, below Drake's lyrical level? C'mon man.

I won't say I've always hated drake, but as a Canadian and someone who lives in Toronto he always came off as really fake to me. Specially coz he always acted hard and how he had to make it in life when he lived in one of the wealthiest neighbourhoods in Toronto and was on a tv show growing up etc. Then he got super famous and started calling himself the 6 god and other crap, and how much he loves Toronto, but then you're downtown cycling on a chill night him and his posse of 10 SUVs roll through and bodyguards come out and side eye you and threaten you to pull on the side so drake can pass. I know this sounds petty and shit, and not that my opinion matters, but it was always annoying how he crafted this image of someone who struggled and someone who loves Toronto so he can seem nice and humble to his american audience, when in reality he was anything but. Not that I'm perfect, or other celebs are saint. I think that's why this whole thing has people shook. Yeah Pusha was savage on the track but i think it's more to do with shattering the nice guy image of Drake that everyone had and did not expect to be a lie.

Real quick, any of you Toronto folks familiar with the local rap scene? Specifically Mindbender aka Malcom Lovejoy?
