The issue with Kuz is that he didn't get scouted as heavily as his peers and he was projected to be undrafted. Kuz hates draft express because of how they push players based upon the exposure they get nationally or internationally.
Fair enough. Kuz really didn't get the love he deserved by the scouts.

Also, to all my basketball junkies please keep your eyes on this kid...this what you call transcendent:

PS: ignore his height and evaluate the skill level for this age, it's mesmerizing

it makes zero sense to me that Bagley is rated higher

I'm pretty high on Bagley. to his credit he's more NBA ready now and he's more polished than Bamba at this moment offensively. But Bamba's ceiling is so much higher than anyone else that you can't go without thinking about him 4 or 5 times in the "War Room."

where he lands is going to be exciting for his development.

every skinny ass kid is the next KD.

No ninja, Emoni Bates is a dope story. His father is doing an excellent job developing him and kid genuinely loves basketball with a positive enthusiasm. Also, if you watch him, it's rare to see that handle for any age, especially for a 6'8 8th grader.

KD revolutionized the NBA but this kid is the continuation of the new wave of gaurd skilled big men.

KD revolutionized the NBA but this kid is first of the new wave of gaurd skilled big men.

He seems like a fine prospect, I Just think it does kids this young a disservice to start saddling them with the "Next *insert all time great here**" stuff. We seen it with Ingram already. Let them be their own guys.

I agree with that. People are using "the next KD" loosely but they mean to articulate these 6'9+ guys with handles. Giannis and BI are under this tree, but we all know they're two completely different players with different skill sets.

It's going to be very normal soon when everyone's starting lineup consist of only 6'10+ guys that can all handle the rock.

Salah will resurrect FZZ today when he scores twice.

That's just how good he is.

Bamba is faster than the playmaking wing you speak of. That tells me enough about what he can be—the floor and ceiling is already higher for Bamba if you're someone who values defense > offense.

I agree 100% that your big man needs to be a plus defender. If you can't defend the rim, your team has a very low ceiling.

Which I why I question the upside of Ayton and Bagley. There's a very good chance that neither are even as valuable as Clint Capella.

Skip and SAS always have dumb takes but Skip is a professional troll and SAS is a sports preacher. There's some amusement to be gained watching Shannon Sharpe go off when Skip starts shitting on LeBron in the way he does.

But Cowherd is just bad. Now, if he had garbage opinions but was generally amusing/charismatic like Charles Barkley it would be one thing. I don't like the guy but I get what people see in his media personality. I legitimately don't understand how a uncharismatic bore like Cowherd has a successful show unless occasional racist take is enough for the economics to work.
Coherd is like that scumbag car salesman that's trying to tell you something but you know enough about cars to realize how full of shit he is.

He'll fall to CHI and CHI will sell him to GS.

I remember a Bulls fan was SUPER happy in the GAF Draft thread. Dude was saying Jordan Bell is gonna be great in Chicago, he watched his games, sleeper pick, etc.

A minute later he found out Bulls sold that pick for cash, and he flipped lol.

LOL

I remember his meltdown actually. Then the season started and it made his comments even more hilarious.
