Lol yeah and I'm always in awe at speed runners finding ways to completely break games.

That sucks about the ETG runner, but definitely a problem with the game. I really like it and admire it a lot, but you are more often than not at the mercy of the RNG gods than anything. At least in BoI, I always felt you could get really broken item combinations a fair amount of the time after a few tries.

This is how I feel every time someone plays or comments on FF4 and calls the lead character "See Sil"...
It makes me feel better about never finishing Enter the Gungeon. I'm sure I got good RNG a few times, but when you're not good enough to take advantage of that all the time, it makes getting to those runs not fun.
Binding of Isaac did a lot better job at making those dozens of failures all feel like my fault.

Damn, him choking a bit at the end really helped bring some more emotion to this run. Was rooting hard haha.

As you say it does take time but they also have to edit down and wait for youtube to finish processing what is frequently a 1hr+ video. They've gotten two up for now, at least. https://www.youtube.com/user/gamesdonequick/videos

I never beat TR as a kid, until 5 minutes ago I thought the big legless monster was the final boss.

Great run by Beckski, I know her because I follow brandooates, also a nice speedrunner, he speedruns RE games though.
