I don't understand what I just watched.

It's a shame the TAS desynchronized when they were doing the thing from the GBA. It is a pretty big deal that they were able to get console verification of TASes made in emulators on a disc-based system.

Yeah I think that was (or would have been?) the most impressive part of the F-Zero run.

Pokemon 2 games 1 controller next? Sounds interesting but I imagine Pokemon being pretty long.

I've heard good things about the YSalamiri Jedi Knight runs after Pokemon, but I'll have to catch the archives.

Waluigi coming in second or third place for every incentive, but ultimately failing to make it is so fitting for his character. Almost like it was planned, lol.

I really don't wanna jinx this, but given the hardware problems in the Mario 3 race (NES) and again in the Zero Mission race (GC) I have a sinking feeling that one of these GameCubes is gonna shut off mid-run :/

Flashbacks to HeartGold. I really am not a huge fan of Pokemon runs despite them being some of my favorite games.

The second dude on the left sounds like Jeff Gerstmann's Vegeta impression and I love it.

I hope all the donations go toward that Mario Odyssey run! Wouldn't be surprised if that's a large part of why they're not being any of these incentives for Pokemon.

I was wondering why it wasn't on the main schedule. That explains it. When would the Odyssey run be if the incentive gets met?

It'd be at the end, just before the FFVI run tomorrow.

I've never played any of these PC star wars games and honestly they look awful. But the frantic pace makes for a really impressive speedrun, always fun to watch.

Dark Forces 2 Jedi Knight was released 1997, so of course it looks quite dated. But what is loses it's visuals level design is top notch.

Not to mention, there are so few 3D games intentionally designed to let you get this creative (and fast) with movement.

Shadows of the Empire on 64 didnt exactly age well, either.

The Celeste TAS is pretty great. SGDQ 2016 was when I first found out about Celeste so it's nice to see it back with the full game.

Does this running have an issue with one of his hands, or is one-handed just a category? Sorry if he mentioned it and I missed it.

That wind waker run absolutely blew my mind

Oooh Hob, this game on sale on Steam atm, and it's a decent adventure game along the veins of Legend of Zelda. There isn't much to the combat but I enjoyed the xploration aspect of it.
