Can We Just Admit that Joe Rogan is Alt-Right Already?

No one in that picture is alt-right. Alt-light=\=alt-right, and while you're still a dumbass for hanging around them, you're not necessarily a malicious person. Guilt by association is an ugly thing that needs to stop unless there's evidence of more than that.
He seems to especially love giving airtime to anyone that has gotten shit for speaking their mind. That could mean a scientist who puts out some nutty pseudoscience book, a racist troll like Milo, or someone who got fired from their job for saying the wrong thing. A lot of these people are highly problematic, but I think it's more the fact that they're controversial that interests him than anything they're saying.
His personal beliefs seem kind of party agnostic. He constantly says negative things about Trump, but I get the sense that he's more libertarian/anarcho-capitalist than anything resembling liberal.
Fuck all these people. Took a glance at their recent tweets and, yep, they still perpetuate fallable arguments to feed their audiences' bias

Rogan is a part of the Alt Right in the same way Tiki Torches are. He's a tool of theirs, a useful idiot with a ton of followers that can be used as a platform. Joe seems too stupid to actively be a member of the Alt Right but at this point he associates and pushes them so much I can totally see why people call him Alt Right.
He doesn't just associate with them, he gives them a media platform of millions of listeners on which to disseminate their ideas.
Last month at a Dave Rubin gathering his audience literally cheered when he mentioned someone he knows being labeled a Nazi.

Honestly I think Joe Rogan is too fucking dumb to even realize what he's involved in. He's just an idiot who vacuums up wikipedia knowledge but doesn't seem to have a real understanding of anything. I don't get why he's so popular with so many people. He's not even a good comedian.

I listen to the JRE because about 90% of the time the guests are other comedians or fitness/philosphy/science folks and I like those conversations funny/interesting. I don't have particularly strong feelings about Rogan, but a couple of episodes of his show were great. Joey Diaz, Leah Remini, and Alex "Interdimentional vampires" episodes are all time great.
My guess: Because the white people in it were bad or weak.
You have to remember the 2018 conservative is highly concerned with racism, he just thinks white people are its principal victims.
I listen to learn more about the fighters and their journey. You can't get interviews like that anywhere else. Outside of fighters, anyone else he has on you have to take with a grain of salt because he is baked out of his mind with hardly any filter. I don't think he's alt-right, he just likes to be seen and doesn't give a shit who it's with.

He is very much like Rubin in the sense that he almost never challenges the guest if they use big words or sound intelligent. Sometimes he does when he thinks he knows about the argument, like challenging Crowder on the weed thing, but most of the time he lets his guests ramble.
