What are the chances of this coming to PC? I expected it to happen at E3 but it didn't so I kinda lost hope.

It definitely looks like a borderline current gen game. Halo 5 wasn't particularly jaw dropping so I'm not surprised that Halo 4 looks nearly on par in 4K.

Man, I'm super shocked a PC version of the MCC wasn't announced at E3. Like, it seemed like a given.
Same. It would be a great addition to Play Anywhere especially. I would preorder it instantly but it seems like it's not happening this year at least.
1st patch is scheduled for late summer, but they said that things can change anytime. I could see them talking about it in the next Blog Update, which should drop in the next few days.
When they are done with that initial first update. They obviously want to get it right now.
They will keep supporting MCC from now on, but obviously they need to nail that first update.
Halo 2 Anniversary is close. But Halo 4 doesn't stand a chance versus Halo 5 in 4K imo.
People assume that it will be included, because 343i left an obvious space in the game list, but it's far from being confirmed:
Would really love to play Reach in 4K/60FPS, especially with a Zero Bloom patch for Campaign. Would be so incredible.
Ah yeah, I haven't seen H5 run in 4K yet. I should get an X' but it's expensive and I still suspect the big exclusives I care about are coming to next-gen.
But... this update + some BC games and Gears 5 are giving me the itchy trigger finger. Ugh.

My dream is Reach included in the collection and all titles given the Anniversary cutscenes treatment.

Man. I cannot wait for this update. It's amazing what a resolution bump can do for decade+ old games.
So this IS the X- update that has been in the works for a long time.
All I need to know are whether Halo 3 ODST and Halo CE are part of the update as well..?
Well when the games in question are as solid as a rock, what else do you need!
Halo is still unbeatable to this day, in my humble opinion. It's the only FPS that I want or need, to be honest.
I'm so grateful that 343 are taking the time to go back to the MCC. It's fantastic.
Halo 4 just melted my eyes. Yep, I'll be replaying all Halo games yet again, it seems.

Halo: CE/A is 4K in this build, but ODST is not included. ODST will still receive a 4K treatment, as well, though.
I really really hope they end up including Reach, it'd be truly glorious - in 4K too with the multiplayer intact. This could end up changing from one of the biggest disasters to one of the best re-releases/compilations of all time.

Not for the public. This is all part of the 3rd Flight Patch that 343i uses to improve the MCC.
