That's pretty normal for KR games at this point, in fact, this game is a direct spiritual successor to an actual PS2 kamen rider game, Genealogy of heroes, which was an almost resident evil style action adventure.

It's honestly kinda wild that Renn Kiriyama isn't available for this. He's usually one of the former KR actors who's always available for stuff. At least the VAs they got for this one are well-known VAs instead of the relative nobodies KR usually gets as replacements. Like Phillip's VA is Roxas in KH.
