We've all seen the Brazilian pizza video, but may I introduce to you this stunning abomination of a pie?

Features:
Absolutely burnt crust
Non-aerated whipped truffle cream
All of the toppings falling off when you lift it up
Completely soggy bottom base
An extreme excess of an ingredient meant to be used sparingly - truffle

So your pizza experience is going to be a crust that tastes burnt (not charred in the pizza slice part of the video), a base that's like eating wet leather, truffle cream spilling all over your plate, and somebody spraying the inside of your mouth with earth perfume. Yum.

There is a such a thing as too much truffle.

Anyone who tells you otherwise is just trying to sell you expensive shit because you're a dumbass with more money than common sense.

Nah, Brazilian Pizza video is still peak.

It's not just the pizza itself, it's the journey in the Brazilian Pizza video that does it.

The simple start, where things seem sorta normal but with a bit of bad dough work.
Then the weird toppings come on.
Then the buckets of cheese/cream sauce.
Then it goes into the oven and you think it'll be dull for a bit, but no...
A pizza paddle that looks like it was cobbled together from the dump.
Literal trash being thrown into stoke the flame.
The pizza maker trying to show off and failing, but loaded with confidence the entire time.
Then out comes the pizza, barely supporting a thick layer of ooze.
The pizza hacked, not sliced, via paint scraper.
To finish it off...three olives.. after it was cut.
The pizza maker beaming with pride as he shows it off.

Brazilian Pizza Video is peak art. This is just bad gimmick pizza.

The problem (well, one of the many problems) with Dubai, as it is with Trump, is they think over-the-top excess means class and luxury. The pizza needs nowhere near that amount of shit sprayed on it.
No wonder he has a golf course there.

I would probably eat it, but end up preferring the few euros mushroom pizza I sometimes make at home.

Looked alright up until they creampied it and grated on way too much truffle to show off I guess. Crust doesn't look especially burned, just the dough itself seems to be a darker color; in the second shot it looks like it's been dusted with some kind of brown powder. I've seen more blistering and char on a Neapolitan.

Don't forget cutting the pizza by stabbing at it with a paint scraper.
