Yeah, they're really doing it right this timegetting all those little interactions between lots of different workers which is the best part of those rumbles. enjoyable as hell
The problem is the more people you add, the more people that are doing nothing on the outside of the ring. Like not even fake fighting. It breaks down / gets worse for every addition.
It is pretty cool since it's new, though, but in the long run..

Oh yeah, I agree, but this just basically does away with appearances and becomes more of a spotfest. It's more of a presentation / appearance complaint versus seeing spots clearly.I mean, when you watch it closely, 90% of the royal rumble is also guys just sitting against the turnbuckle with another guy pushing their boot against their neck. a lot of these clusterfuck matches fall apart if you overanalyze it. if everyone was doing something simultaneously, you'd be missing stuff. you kinda have to have a bunch of people "do nothing" while the people getting focus do stuff for the cameras.
