While I'm on my PSVR shit, this is how you take a 10-16 person crew and build a unique AAA experience without putting 5 years of your life and a ton of brain bursting work into it.
Starhawk PSVR, reimagined by Amy ticks all the boxes for those of us that were eagerly anticipating her Visceral game:
Single protagonist story
Sci-Fi
Heist like objectives/premise
Perfect for a small team because:
A long game, plus multi-player is already made
A lot of the animation can be re-used
A lot of the game logic can be re-used
Art Direction is set and can be tweaked
Levels are designed and could be easily augmented and added to
Everything designed is already built at a level of resolution that would fit the specs of PS4/PSVR.
A lot of guess work is eliminated, so a fast superlative result from a small team is very possible. I mean Wipeout VR was made by a two man wrecking crew and it's arguably the best VR racing game available PERIOD.
