I usually take care of my body/posture. Unfortunately once December hit I had a month-long binging session and obviously during this time I got lazier and less mindful.
I'm still recovering from this period, though I'm mostly back on track I'd say.

My shoulders are SO incredibly stiff rn I probably had them hunched for the entire duration of my binging
Unfortunately this means I need to not just work on my shoulders but my arms and ribs and neck and jaw 😪
