There are some items I find it easier to just use a search engine and add "Amazon" to the search string. Some good stuff on Amazons buy1 get1 half-off sale.
Good luck using their trash search tools though.

I wanna get the Super Famicom and N64 books from Bitmap but I'll feel like such a bozo just having those two since the spines are numbered.
Well that's just rude.

I was looking forward to getting the N64 book from them too. :/ Hope the alternate stockist they suggest buying from has shipping packaging that's just as good.
I've ordered from Pixel Crib (to New Zealand) multiple times and I can recommend them, I don't think it was exactly the same immaculate packaging as Bitmap directly, but I received my books in good condition, for a good price, with good postage cost and shipping time, and they send email discount codes pretty often. I had actually started ordering from them instead of Bitmap directly already. As someone who was gonna buy something from them for the first time with the N64 book: bummer.
Well fuck. Was waiting on the Psychonauts 2 artbook for some better pictures/video on it because of high shipping cost and then Doublefine themselves put out a video of it yesterday and it sold out before I got back to it.
The huge Frazetta book from Taschen arrived today. That was really a steal at €75 including VAT and shipped for free.
Tremendous volume with gorgeous print.
Taschen books in sales are really must have for these discounted prices

Persona 5 Royal artbook. Releasing March 28.
I dunno.... what are the odds that the price of this one skyrockets like the Journey artbook?
$125 is wild for an artbook. What the hell.
the fact you get a print of the nft is hilarious.I was randomly surfing to Taschen's website and saw that they are selling NFTs? Have they been doing that for a while?

I know that at least a subset of people watching this thread might find this interesting to know about them. So I though I'd share.
Have you seen the artbook aftermarket?

LMAO at thinking about the kind of person who would buy this book at this price point. Imagine, of all the interesting art books that Taschen puts out, choosing to buy this one, and having THIS be your bougie coffee table book?

If I ever met someone with this book, I would LMAO, and then GTFO.

artbooks is my hobby where it makes complete sense to jump on preorders because the aftermarket is in sa ne
I sold that Future Press Control book for over $300. It's a really nice book but for that kinda money when I paid $60 and it might get a reprint?and this was absolutely my second one, yeah
old sega books suck when they do show up now, still lucky i nabbed that art of metal gear one last year or so. shit's bananas
I can't see a preorder button? Page title says preorder but I can add to basket. Just says coming soon.I Art of Outer Wilds artbook is available to pre-order at iam8bit from tomorrow

Is it decent?
Not sure, hasn't arrived yet. Will post when it does.
I was surprised to see a Skull & Bones book just released, too. Only one I did buy in the last little whole is the Jedi Survivor book.
Going to be an N64 heavy year for me with this and the Analogue 3D hopefully shipping this year. The N64 Bitmap Books volume releases on March 4th, according to their newsletter.
Ouch. I'm a huge fan as well, but that's a lot. I'm guessing there's no chance of a wider release.Outer Worlds book shipping to UK is $60!!!! Fucking hell. It's my favourite game but I'm not paying $120+ for it. What a shame.
Yikes. My total was $80, which is still a lot for a book. But I do love that game.Outer Worlds book shipping to UK is $60!!!! Fucking hell. It's my favourite game but I'm not paying $120+ for it. What a shame.

Yeah I'm happy to spend a decent amount of money, and I have a large collection of game-related books. (Mostly books about gaming - rather than artbooks - which I'll post photos of on here one day...would people be interested in that for inspiration on titles that might interest them?) But I can't justify that much on this.Ouch. I'm a huge fan as well, but that's a lot. I'm guessing there's no chance of a wider release.
