If it happened at Twitchcon, unfortunately i'm not sure going for a lawsuit will be advised for her. She's already an ex-pornstar, which isn't really helps when you want to go back into a "mainstream" activity. But if she sues the company behind the platform she's streaming on ? Things might go south real fast for her, they can pretty much ban her for whatever reason they want at this point.

They should cover the surgery tho', no matter what.
