No money was made from it. As for the copyright signature, jumping from nothing to a lawsuit is HUGE leap. If anything, they should have issued a C&D instead before going straight for a $25k lawsuit.Are we sure they weren't making any money from this? Reading the complaint Atlus seems to think they were. Also it seems they had a big issue with them basically cloning the website and adding their information to the copyright signature.
It's always funny reading these lawsuits because of how dramatic they are. Atlus claims they have been irreparably harmed by this game being hosted and that Atlus has no other remedy but to sue.
I'm not surprised and understand. It's a really shitty situation.
At least they are making an offline version for people to play.
