Yeah, it's really funny that he imagines Disney having a socialist merry-go-round. Disney is a Capitalist's dream come true. Every inch of the park is designed to separate tourists from their money.

There are times when I sincerely dont know who he is picking on and this is one of them. Borderlands 3 changes the name of the small enemies to "Tinks" for optics, though.
Say what you want about Borderlands humor, but it's probably one of the most forward progressive franchises in gaming. Few IP as big as that have a happy gay couple and it's wedding be the focus of an entire expansion.
