My PC is above the specs of a ps5/xsx but I still generally prefer to play games on console as long as they run at 60 fps.
In the case of Valhalla, it runs amazingly well on XSX and PS5. Ubisoft has a pattern of screwy PC ports, so unless 120+ fps is really important to you, going console is fine
