I just also wanna say how insane it is that zelle is like "hey y'all we offer no protection it's like cash lol good luck". It's owned by a bunch of banking company's. You'd think they would offer protection. Insane.

Their TOS specifically forbids business transactions in totality. It's meant to be just for payments to individuals you know in person that's why they don't offer purchase protection. It's in all caps at the top:

Selling my original Nintendo Switch OLED. I bought on release date and used regularly for the last year. It was my pride and joy forever, and I took very good care of it. It has the original Zagg glass screen protector I put on before I did anything else with the console, and the joycons are in fantastic shape (I used Neon yellow ones, the white ones got some use but not a lot.)
I have the original packaging in storage, and I'll get it out tomorrow, but here are pictures of the console.

I personally wouldn't buy used Joycons from Gamestop. I've seen people openly say they trade in ones with drift. Gamestop employees don't test them when taking them in, so you'd have to go back into the store to try and exchange or get a refund.

I'm not clear on the order of events here. You thought they were trying to scam you by selling something they wouldn't provide, and you ended up with that item without sending them money?
His concerns are legit, the same user was trying to get me too.
Sorry little confusing but I asked him to send it first because of no prior history. He sent me a picture with my address and saying he sent it. I proceeded to ask him for his Venmo he didn't respond for three days. I sent him another dm asking bout it and he responded saying I was being sketch and he would call ups to return his item. I never paid him or got an item.
Yup, sounds off. Definitely sounds like they're fishing to grab someone in-between like "Ohh you sent it! Alright fine, I guessss I'll send the money...."

Funny thing is they are semi active on here (same person). I don't understand why they would run something like that. Unless the account has been compromised. Or they are just THAT brazen.
If we are wrong I'd hope they could come in here and maybe just give a bit of an explanation of events or what their thought process is/was. Also it's okay to not have any rep we all didn't at one point.
