I'd watch the hell out of this. Just to see Animal as Wolverine.
Probably because he's short and put on a ton of muscle.
But really, he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who wants to be in another big franchise. Especially one like Disney who will want him to come back again and again, when Dan was already declining to do so for HP at Universal Studios.
I wouldn't mind if Fassbender and Mcavoy returned to the franchise, they were great

Glen Powell is pure charisma, and I would say Sydney Sweeney for Rogue, but that pairing has already happened in Anyone But You. Sennot may not gel with Powell, but I think she can pull it off.

Ok, Matt Berry as Beast is pretty inspired. Jodie Turner-Smith as Storm is also a good pick and Mark Strong is a long time solid fan cast for Prof X. Most of your other picks are little too old for my liking though Jensen Ackles as Cyclops would be pretty good if we're going adult for most of the main cast instead of teenager. I always go back and forth on whether or not they should be a teen team or be adults with a history for the MCU.

The only casting other than Matt Berry I like for Sinister is Tom Hardy doing the voice he used in Taboo. But Matt Berry is perfect Sinister casting.
