The Turkish flag along with "Istanbul" is there right in the video
I didn't know the models were allowed to scratch at the other models clothes while they passed each other.
It does say Istanbul on the banners in the background.... Either way, still a cool vid.

I watched it recently, it's great to see a kittie haven where the people just treat them like neighbors in the city. No surprise they are so friendly!
From what I know about Istanbul, this isn't that odd. That a cat got on the cat walk and it happened to be in Instanbul of all places made the most sense.
In the documentary, you can see thst cats go where they please in the city. Sleep around in shops or wherever. They only get shooed away if they start eating the merchandise like in a market.

In a way yes. There's A LOT of them in Istanbul. When people walk through the street they walk out of the way of laying cats on the sidewalk.
