My "not crimes" memo has people asking a lot of questions already answered by the memo.
He might've been trying to get his name trending on Twitter to generate some buzz and then was scared of cutting his losses when people started poking holes in the story

I like the part that happens later where Kenny says something like "you can't make a false report saying someone is hurt when they're not" when talking about an NBA rule. Which leads to everybody else laughing and him finally realizing what he said.
