Maybe if people weren't terrified of getting caught with possession of meth they wouldn't feel the need to flush it. Maybe if people could get treatment instead of jail time you could kill like 30 birds with one stone. But what about the those poor private for profit prison executives?! Fuck.

Hey Florida, here's a thought, if you are so worried people flush drugs down the toilet out of fear getting caught, maybe lower the penalty of getting caught.
Sure, it might sounds implausible and downright stupid, but it's the police, ain't no way they're saying something about drugs which isn't true and 100% backed by facts.
