Looking forward to replaying Immortals of Aveum and cleaning up achievements at higher difficulty with new game plus. One of my favorites last year.

Wow Chants of Sennaar is a game I've been tempted to buy more than once in the past couple of weeks. Definitely giving it a download.

Curious about Hauntii; I wanted to give Humanity a try on PS+ but didn't get around to it before my subscription lapsed - now's my second chance ;)

(I really liked Sennaar!)

So, did anyone have fun with Immortals? I'm very curious about it since a part of me is craving an fps type game that isn't strictly about shooting guns and soldiers etc.

I've never been really interest to Immortals of Aveum but i've read that it remaind Metroid Prime.
Is it true? Is this a 3D Metroidvania?

That is a great second half of May imo. I bought Immortals the other day for like $5 or whatever it was. I guess I could refund it.

EDIT: I've never even heard of Chants of Senaar but I guess I'll check it out since this thread is going crazy about it.

Humanity is a really good puzzle game (coming from someone that doesn't generally play puzzle games but loves a few). Varied and with different degrees of demand from the player via optional objectives. Great aesthetics and sound. Play it!!

The game has some of the worst writing and characters I've experienced in years, but the gameplay is actually good fun once it opens up. Good mix of exploration, combat and light environment puzzling. It would have been so much better without the garbage story. They should have made it a straight up classic boomer shooter/metroid hybrid and saved the budget used on unskippable cringe.

I played it maxed out on my PC after several patches and a big price drop. Not sure how the console versions hold up. I remember the performance modes being extremely grainy and very, very low resolution when the game launched.

Thanks for the response! I may give it a weekend night try then. Cheesy/bad writing hasn't stopped me before if the gameplay is fun. I just want to mellow out exploring and chucking powers in first person.

Interesting that since Diablo IV, there hasn't been any more Act-Blizz games added

That said, I'm in for Chants, Aveum and Hellblade from this drop

That's one HELL of a month. At least 4 games I've been debating picking up on sale.

Been putting off playing Senuas Sacrifice forever. Guess it's time to try to play through it this week so I can play Hellblade 2 when it drops. The release totally snuck up on me.

Still pretty peeved with the direction and decisions Xbox has been making but damn if this isn't an all time fantastic drop.
