I was just thinking that over the span of more than a decade Capcom:
-Advertised Resident Evil: Director's Cut as having the uncensored FMVs in the US, despite not being the case.
-Misprinted the discs for Strider 2 on PS1, where the disc containing Stider 1 was labeled Strider 2 and vice versa. This arguably carried over to the PSN release, where opening the game defaulted to Strider 1.
-Distributed Okami Wii with boxart containing an IGN watermark.
-Distributed Resident Evil: Revelations with "Revelaitons" on the spine.
What other companies have made similar errors?
