Does "Tweaker" have another meaning that I am not aware of?

A "Tweaker" is a person high of Meth or some other drug and is probably acting a fool.

Saw this in the checkout line at the supermarket. I thought it was odd or in bad form to name an energy shot after such a term.

Not to the best of my knowledge. It is the old drummer from NIN, though. Did the score to American McGee's Alice, among other things.

This thread is literally the first time I've heard any other meaning for the term than 'tech (PC) enthusiast'. Yes, I know the South Park character, but had never connected those dots for some reason.

Sure, but it was literally named after cocaine. Surely it counts as an energy drink (originally) using drugs for marketing?

Red Bull would count less since it's just related to getting irrationally angry as far as I know.
