the thing thats really baffleing is that he/she doesn't react to the casters at all it seems. Even with a language barrier you should be able to hear the change in tone and cadence to pick up that something is happening that isn't a sven hitting neuts.
Isnt't it a Russian observer so they're probably listening to Russian casters and not the English stream.
That would be worse because then the Russian casters would be missing just as much action
Aye, if true it doesn't paint a good picture of the Russian cast. This major is tempting me to go watch it ingame.
Cyborgmatt said on Reddit that the observers at Epicenter only have a TV feed to work with. Not even a dedicated computer for it.

I'm pretty sure Alliance and Gambit can win their Regional Qualifiers, but getting the direct invite to TI9 is always superior.

They got me this year. That terrain is too good.
I've also been actually trying to play games, instead of just watching TI through the client as well. Even with years of experience playing HotS, I've had to watch hours of Day9 and Purge just to get my toes wet. (I know the in-game tutorials being garbage is a belabored point, but goddamn they are useless.)
Kinda wild to think I've bought the compendium or battle pass every year for 5 years and did effectively nothing but spectate TI. It's fun to get goodies just for watching though.

Yea I still remember ti7 (probably), spent a shitload to get the necrophos scythe and failed, could have just bought the basic battle pass and the scythe on the market instead. Gonna have to see if the terrain is worth it this year.

I couldn't resist and got the bundle. I managed to get the Drow bow, but so did everyone else seemingly. Price tanked by £10 since the bundle release. :(
Couldn't help but burst out laughing whenever crystal maiden showed up during the epicenter opening video, not subtle at all there.

In other news, Fnatic have made changes for TI with MP getting the boot, Jabz moving to 1 and Dubu coming in to play 5. Dick move, but they have been really shit since they qualified so not surprised.
