Could you provide a bullet point summary of the key points or new information?

Will try - there are about 10 pages or so and I'm not sure what will be new or not! This is just from me skimming through so might add later

New location Pharloom
Going upwards seems to be a main idea/theme
Larger areas due to Hornets height and moveset
More physical world to reflect Hornet being part bug - less orbs, more traps
Enemies more intelligent - interact of own accord with environment
More varied environments
Rosary beads instead of Geo - can string together to hold on to when you die or break string to spend
Enemies hit harder as Hornet can heal quicker, can do in middle of battle
Tools instead of charms - supplement her abilities, which can be modified. Can be loaded into hornets crest
Hornet speaks, has her own character - can give player tasks
Designers reference Castlevania Lords of Shadow for feeling of journey/homecoming
Some enemies have scissors
Encounter NPCs around the world, including a cartographer who you might end up fighting

Just a skim but the article and art seems very interesting!

What is their GOTY? Also if you can share the scores from their reviews from the new issue.

Blockbuster Award goes to The Last of Us II.
Artisan Award goes to Signs of the Sojourner.
World Building Award goes to Paradise Killer.
Homecoming Award goes to Kentucky Route Zero.
Rising Star Award goes to If Found.
Outstanding Contribution Award goes to Itch.Io Bundle.

They always aimed for PC/Switch at release. I don't know why anyone got their hopes up for anything else.

I was honestly expecting a 3-4/10 for Cyberpunk.

Thanks!

Silksong skipping PS5 at launch is little disappointing, but understandable. Even popular indie games don't do very well on Sony platform/s.

Hoping for a decent map this time.
I never felt the criticism towards the map in HK, it only takes one notch to know where you are and even if you don't the maps are so great it's pretty easy to get going without it.

How could y'all not be aware this was coming first to PC and Switch? Haven't you noticed the first game has been on the top 20 Switch best sellers non-stop since the release in 2018 on the system?

There are hints that their are a lot of secrets in the mag - so I just googled the odd words at the start of the magazine (Stealing hearts like Cupid, haunting me with her lovely music)

which are lyrics from a song called New Bitch, by Queen Herby which is about the results of reinvention apparently

Not doing a GotY award is strange.

7 for Cyberpunk is a surprisingly good score even in normal circumstances. Let alone the state it launched in and negativity surrounding it atm.

Plus that would really sour the exploration experience, IMO. It would be like Breath of the Wild getting a map from the getgo complete with markers on where things are.

Maybe an easy mode in the settings for the map or something, but the system as is was fine.

Is odd. They mention that slapping numbers on things felt callous, but then do so for all the reviews. Also states that 'every video game released in 2020 deserves equal appreciation'.

Its for me! I thought its was going to be released on all platforms
It will. They could always go the CyberPunk route and try to release their game on every available platform under the sun and either have their game not come out for several more years or release half baked.

Ain't it like 3 people working on this game? I'd rather them focus and not bite off more they can chew.

it is. 3 people + the composer. people underestimate how much effort it takes to launch simultaneously on multiple platform. hell, CDPR couldn't do it for cyberpunk and the next gen versions are coming later. same with a lot of other huge devs/publishers. ubisoft pulls it off but they have thousands of people working on every game.
