Fantastic Four, Avengers or X-Men which team had the better villains in the comics?

Thanos, Kang, Count Nefaria, Baron Zemo, Ultron, Masters of Evil, Red Skull to name a few.
Definitely not the Avengers but Spidey, FF and X-Men truly have the overall best villains. I have to give the slight nod to X-men based on the Chris Claremont era. I haven't followed them in 20 years so I can't speak to anyone introduced after the late 90's. Ask me on a different day and I might say Spidey largely due to the Sinister Six and his overlap with Daredevil villains like Kingpin.
The Avengers aren't even in the same stratosphere as the X-Men and the Fantastic Four in this area.
He's kinda both, same with Zemo.

This reminded me for some reason of when I was at the store like 2 months ago and the two guys in line were arguing about what Reed Richards smells like when he's stretched out. Like would he have a burnt rubber smell or some other kind of smell as a result of his skin getting all elastic.

Johnny Storm was trapped in the negative zone for a while, went to war against Annihilus, won, brought him back to Earth and made him his pet after he moved in with Spidey for a while and was a horrible roommate.
This is exactly what I'm thinking, it's really why at first I didn't really even go wider the fantastic four. Their routes gallery by and large constitutes a lot of the greatest hits across the entire marvel universe.
I would say Ultimates changed comics western wide for a good while and still have it's effects today tho
