Yeah they did say they want to beef up the E3 conference. And scale down on this year's PSX.
Yup. Was thinking about that same quote as well.

Because the universe of bloodborne is incredible and unlike anything else out on the market.People would really be disappointed if it's not Bloodborne 2? Why? It will be another classic FROM arpg no matter what title
Nah they're already teasing it I bet we see an extended look at that trailer in the coming daysThe thing is, even if it was BB2, I would think that Sony would want to keep that for next year's E3.

That's what I thought too initially, but maybe it really is that simple and Bloodborne 2 hopes and dreams are inadvertently making it more complicated.

I'm pretty sure they announced that there next game would be multi platform.
If it was BB2 (really doubt this personally) I think it's completely within reason that they reveal the title with the same teaser and give a proper reveal next year.
Someone translated some of the words on the teaser. "Blood, Harvest, Smell/Stink, sharp edge tool". It's on Max's twitch.
What about reports of a Wolfenstein 2 trailer playing during the teaser on the Xbox app Mixer?
When I first heard about this I was confused. Then I just assumed it may be a PS4 console exclusive releasing on PC soonish. What about reports of a Wolfenstein 2 trailer playing during the teaser on the Xbox app Mixer?
So, you are a game developer and you are going to this event to present your game that could be seen by thousands (maybe millions) of people... and you show this?
This does not make sense, you are basically wasting the perfect opportunity to show your new game, because ... why exactly?
What was the purpose of this? I just do not understand it.
Why do people want BB2 now so badly? It ran like crap on my PS4. Would be better if it would release on the PS5 and hopefully with 60fps..
The interesting thing there is the mention of PSVR.
EDIT: That could also mean the game will be in first person.

Because the first was fucking fantastic. Why else do you think. Frame pacing does not decide whether a game is good or not
I'm betting it's gonna be a spiritual succesor to Shadow Tower or a straight up sequel.
I highly doubt it's BB2
Awesome. Hopefully this is the Switch project from the logo splash screen back at the January event.
Yeah, a thousand replies in this thread alone. It's working. It's FS. They could tease a black screen just stating "coming soon" and people would lose their shit..
Demons Souls and everything that followed are the successors of King's Field and Shadow Tower. They're not going back, they've already moved forward.I have to admit, i never played the Shadow Tower games, so i would really be interested in a remake/successor/sequel for that.
Why so edgy?Lol it's not.
The Switch "project" is probably the remaster of DS1.
This isn't that, sorry.
Ninjas? One Tenchu is titled "Fatal Shadows".
Some of it is Japanese. Is the background an existing language ?
I just hope t's not an eastern setting, after Nioh I could use some change.
Confirmed Eastern, there's a translation on this page or the previous one.Is the background an existing language ?

Hmm, okay.
From the last page:

O cmon.. people want something only they can give.. Yes they have other ip's, other games but people didn't buy em.From Software use to make a wide range of games before they became a Souls factory. Miyazaki has made abundantly clear he is burnt out on Souls and plans to make other things with his team for the near future, and yet people completely ignore what he says, insisting it's some kind of souls varient. Why are people so afraid of something new? The true test of a good developer that they can give you something you didn't know you wanted. Like Demon Souls back in the day. Have some trust, be open minded. After 5 variations on the same concept and other studios making souls-like for those who need it, it is a good time as another to try something completely new.
If it's VR then from my understanding it's exclusively a VR experience. Also, I don't know if you've played the King's Field games or Shadow Tower but they are clunky. Even Abyss was.If this game possibly has VR support, i don't see how it couldn't be first person. Why would it be going back?
Kuon 2, although a shadow tower spiritual successor would be great.
Lol it's not.

It's ok lol. I'd take that too.
Maybe that Bandai Namco event will reveal more.
