Parasyte Eve 1 would be cool. There seems to be evidence in the luminous production trailer that points to that. Killzone 2 at 4k 60fps would be awesome, too.

Almost forgot, but my top two would have to be Super Mario Land 1 and 2. 2 is my favourite Mario game ever, and the best 2D platformer I've ever played (very close with DKC2). They're way overdue for a remake. If Link's Awakening is getting the treatment now, Super Mario Land 2 (and 1) definitely deserve it too, I'd be all over them, so long as they weren't on the NSMBU engine.
