"35 years of prison, no parole, and a $2,500,000 fine for making Rosalina bounce on it in Gmod."
Only thing on my mind is, why now?
TL;DR Nintendo has no involvement in this situation and it is actually a copyright troll known as "Aaron Peters".
Some people need to use their free time more productively...

Hey if it's real that's egg on my face, but I've seen a lot copyright troll stuff before, especially that one guy who really does not want Cookie Bustle to exist. What's more credible, random Steam post from dickbutts007 or the Garry's Mod guy? Hmmm

Could maybe be a similar situation to Yuzu, where it started with some troll that got so mad about them dropping Windows 7 support that he spammed every contact point for Nintendo that he could find, to bring attention to the project (or so the story went).

That's how the Yuzu thing happened?Could maybe be a similar situation to Yuzu, where it started with some troll that got so mad about them dropping Windows 7 support that he spammed every contact point for Nintendo that he could find, to bring attention to the project (or so the story went).
Either way, fuck Nintendo if they are involved in this.
That's the story that was going around. I can't verify how true it was.
Yeah I feel like someone could argue in court that they didn't do anything over 20 years so they don't have the right to take down anymore but I know nothing about legal stuffWhy is it suddenly an issue now if shit has been on there for 20yrs?
