A separate thread just for the shock and awe of it all.

GTA is beast nothing can compete with it.

Honestly it's probably have sold like 15 million if the collection wasn't terrible. I'm sure it'll eventually be patched to acceptable on all platforms, but these sales are 100% underserved.

And now Rockstar has learned their games can sell on name alone and effort is not actually required.

Still remember how hyped I was for the switch release.
I'm really glad I didn't buy it.

GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition has sold more than Metroid Dreads. Let that sink in.

Imo this # could've been significantly higher if they actually did a good job with those remasters.
I know I will buy them as soon as they're fixed if ever

I couldn't even play the PSnow version of GTA3 for more than 20 minutes. Terrible. Can't believe it's sold that amount.

This industry loves the cycle of releasing half baked bullshit that people buy either way.

Has the Trilogy even received any more patches since November?

Did they just leave it broken and forget about it?

Not surprised at all. People are willing to buy *anything* when they're hyped or when nostalgia kicks in. It's like both for these games.

With that said, did they fix anything else other than the horrendous rain effect?
