That's on the people with weird expectations. It was a one day tease, nothing wrong with using social media to promote something like this.

Or maybe fans and people here could have just used logic and reason to keep their expectations in check. It was a perfectly reasonable tease.
Now, I don't know about that but it certainly has been my favorite first party game this generation.
I suppose I meant best first party game but I only use my PS5 for first party games so to me they mean the same thing lol
I don't know that I necessarily need any of that but I'm glad they're celebrating Returnal. Such an incredible game.

I think you're reading too much into it. Maybe it was an idea for DLC which they didn't end up making so they told the story in comic form.
Housemarque have already moved on to a new IP.
Going straight to graphic novel form instead of single issues first means I'll probably pass on it, but it's cool to see them invest in a new IP in multiple ways like this. Hope Sony and Dark Horse continue working together to flesh out more and more franchises. Give us an ongoing Ratchet & Clank book next, please and thank you!
