Basically a bloody Mary and a beer would be the most common applications. I'm sure some mixologists (fancy bartender) make some spicy stuff too.
I put tomato juice and hotsauce in crappy lagers/adjuncts sometimes. The tomato juice probably makes it halfway decent for you.
