Basically a bloody Mary and a beer would be the most common applications. I'm sure some mixologists (fancy bartender) make some spicy stuff too.

I put tomato juice and hotsauce in crappy lagers/adjuncts sometimes. The tomato juice probably makes it halfway decent for you.

A guy I know makes a nasty cocktail with a lot of Tobasco in it. And when I say nasty I mean "your throat will burn for at least an hour"-nasty.

I was wondering whether this was going to get a mention. Canucks have been drinking Caesars for YEARS with Worcestershire and Tobasco sauce. I have one of these things every couple of weeks, goes great with meals including meat.
