If all expenses to migrate were taken care of for you, would you move to a town/city where the core group was made up of likeminded Resetera members?

Now and then I wonder if communities can form that transcend traditional forms of sorting like religion, ethnicity, economic background, etc and instead sort themselves through shared ideology and beliefs.

If you could form a community with likeminded reset members would you do it?

If you're inclined to make a joke or sarcastic remark about it explain why you hold that negative viewpoint and can you find similar minded people on this forum despite what you perceive to be the majority?


Lastly if you were inclined to move would you be moving only by yourself or would you be interested in extending that ability to migrate to family, friends or your partner and any children you have?

That depends. I would say generally yes, but only if they're mostly the posters from off-topic. Gaming-side is a mess.

And a lot of this community seems to loathe this community whenever this sort of topic comes up, although maybe purely for comedic purposes?

Nah. The local movie theater would only show Marvel and Nolan movies, while the GameStop would only have PS4 games.

Jokes aside the underlying point of my question is to get you to think are there specific members you feel in tune with enough that you could potentially start a community with.

I'm not asking anyone to accept the community as a whole but the parts of the community you feel share your beliefs.

This forum is more diverse than people act like it isn't.
