Heh, i read this comic exhaustively as a kid. Ignited my love affair with goofy crossovers for all time. That said, some of their wins/losses were fucking bogus (often but not always in Marvel's favor).

Superman > Hulk (crossover got it right)
Shazam < Thor (crossover got it right)
Flash >> Quicksilver (crossover got it right)
Aquaman > Namor (crossover got it right)
Superboy > Spiderman (crossover got it wrong)
Robin < Jubilee (crossover got it wrong)
Wonder Woman > Storm (crossover got it wrong)
Batman < Captain America (crossover got it wrong)
Lobo > Wolverine (crossover got it wrong)
Green Lantern < Silver Surfer (crossover got it right)
Catwoman < Elektra (crossover got it right)

Although this would actually be a narrow DC loss, whereas in the crossover it was a narrow DC win. The egregious ones were Superboy, Wonder Woman, and fragging Lobo (although word of god later said that Lobo took a dive after Professor X bribed him, which would be the perfectly Lobo thing to do in that situation).

I'm pretty sure the top 3 is Luthor, Ray Palmer, and Mr. Terrific. Batman might be in the top 10 but he's definitely not one of the two smartest people in DC.

Superman is far from the catch all "everyone loses to him" character in comics and is nowhere near as OP as people make him out to be. This isn't the Superfriends or 1965-1975.

Even factoring the Flash, there's characters that can keep up with him based on how fast he is moving. Northstar is faster than light, so a casual Flash is going to have to work harder against him than he would against Quicksilver, Silver Surfer is stupid fast too, plus all the pre-cogs and telepaths who could shut him down before he goes into the "I'm gonna outrun existence" speeds, which he won't just rush into if he doesn't think he needs to reach those speeds.

And this is before we hit the crazy as fuck cosmic tier individuals like Molecule Man and the Beyonders.

Dc wins EZ. Flash, superman, batman, wonder woman all win their match up and destroy the other marvel scrubs, no problem.
Batman loses to Captain America? Please... Maybe in a straight fight with no gadgets allowed but never in an open world with all their resources at their disposal.

Not sure about Supes but Thor has only gotten (much) stronger since the 90s (which is clearly the time period the crossover was written in)
