Introducing DualSense, PS5's controller (Audio Jack Confirmed)

-not a fan of the initial look
-doesn't matter, it'll be in my hands where i'm not looking, and maybe the white will make it easier to find in the dark
-everything seems fine on paper, I hope the d-pad and buttons are good
-it's really bugging me that they don't show the back/bottom of the controller, because I want to know if there are back paddles. I want the back paddles i got with the ds4 attachment
-i don't see a headphone jack. i want a headphone jack
-i feel like that mic will pick up a lot of stick clicking and buttons pressing and haptic vibrations, I hope it works well

I would say Dualsense is actually a good name IMO.
But it's a bit bummer that Sony abandoned the venerable Dualshock brand.

It will fit with the DualSense style. Can't wait. But damn, dat controller...... ^_^
It is a bit of a leap and I weren't being totally serious.
But, the design is very 'futuristic' and non-standard aesthetically, but in a subtle way. This makes me extremely excited to see a white PS5 console in a similar futuristic design, replete with premium gunmetal logo...
Great design. After experiencing the same controller for 3 out of 4 PlayStation consoles I'm thankful for them trying to create something new.
I think form wise its fine but I don't like the color scheme. Hopefully they have other colors at launch.
I am very interested to see the design of the console considering that the pads generally reflect the console too.
I was thinking that it reminded me of something and someone posted Eve from Wall-E and I was like maybe that's it but nope it was astro bot.
From the close up photos it seems like they have grooves like the Xbox controllers. That's the main thing I loved about Xbox, their analog sticks are so nice.
Won't people on the other side of the mic will hear a bunch of clicking and movement from the buttons and joysticks?
No backbuttons? That's a real bummer. As for the looks i kind of like it. Think it will look better in different colours.

I'm shocked that this thing doesn't have rear trigger buttons. I was dead certain that attachment they released a couple months back was to allow your legacy controllers to be used with PS5 titles that required the rear trigger buttons of the PS5 controller.
