Is Ghost of Tsushima the April 2020 Sony game?

So with Concrete Genie coming this Fall (I'm guessing September), Medievil coming October, Death Stranding in November and The Last of Us Part 2 coming seemingly on February 2020, what are the big Playstation titles for December 2019 and April 2020? Is Ghost of Tsushima the one that will fill the April spot? Would Dreams fill the December spot? Also January and March 2020 have a free spot, so could we get Michel Ancel's WiLD and that rumored Ratchet and Clank by then?

Whatever is going to come I doubt that new PS exclusives will be announced for PS4.

April seems too close to Last of Us 2. With PS5 likely out Oct/Nov I expect this will be a summer game no later than September and I guess their last big AAA PS4 game from the looks of it

There is appearently a new Ratchet and Clank coming to PS4 which will be Sony's last exclusive this gen.
