It looks like Pokémon BDSP will not feature the Battle Frontier once again

There was just shared by Pokémon a picture of the Sinnoh region in Pokémon BDSP and if you look closely to the area were in the original DP there was just the Battle Tower and later in Platinum the whole Battle Frontier, there is only the Battle Tower. This is pretty much the same case as Pokémon ORAS, which completely skipped this mode that was introduced in Pokémon Emerald.

I was considering that outside of battles the game world is a DS game with mobile game graphics. You'd think that would free up a lot of time to add in the BF

I'll just continue to replay Gen IV and V games on the DS forever, I guess. With how much money they pull in from this series, I have no idea why they're still so lacking in so many areas. Content, visuals, game design, and difficulty have all just gotten significantly worse since the DS games.

I still want to believe Legends will be good and mix things up, but I have almost no hope.

that one research about few people playing postgame content is turning out to be Pokemon's version of that one survey where people complained about the story in Paper Mario games and it completely changed how they made the games to the displeasure of many.
