man I'm so tired of reading this fanboy fanfiction acquisition talk. It's literally everywhere on this forum and I can't escape it.
no I don't care if you were joking, it's still annoying
I'm so sorry

Still Sony's (put アランドラ in the キーワード field and press the blue button 検索). The next date of renovation of the trademark is in 2038.

He's the suitiest suit of them all.*Jim Ryan says your normal PR speak*

What he do to y'all?
yupThey seem to be losing ground to Nintendo in terms of the small and mid sized studios. Games that were once exclusive to Sony platforms are now getting Switch ports, and some are even going Switch exclusive or lead platform.
Obviously they will continue to get the big AAA titles, but one thing that I always loved about Sony systems was the small and midsized projects. I think we will continue to see those shift to having Switch versions and in some cases Switch exclusive.
Maybe? Hard to say who owns an IP that has been dead for 22 years.
The Japan argument about Sony's position in the country was never about securing AAA titles.Japanese sales aside, I mean...he's not wrong, right? Nearly ever major Japanese title that isn't produced by Nintendo seems to make its way on a Sony console at some point.
You summed it up pretty wellTranslation: We have a de facto monopoly on many Japanese companies biggest productions so we will do nothing.
Also some weak ass questions from the interviewer.
Neither does Zelda compared to a traditional RPG.This is the first time I have seen anyone compare the two.
R&C was always more focused on platforming and shooting guns. Unless I am missing something, they barely if at all have RPG elements.
But even so, I can't see how Ratchet is a zelda like game. Even the devs were going to make one before scraping it and making the Ratchet we have.

They really don't.I'm just saying they are both light action RPGs with a childish aesthetic. I think they fill the same niche in the portfolio.
Lol this is me :(PlayStation faithful: Bloodborne 2? Final Fantasy style jrpg?
HH: Get the fuck outta here with that shit. Here, have some of that generic Ubisoft style open world goodness..
PlayStation faithful: Okay :(
SIE also has strong relationships with licenses in Japan, so we will continue to strengthen our ties with them and develop titles made in Japan for PlayStation fans around the world.
Thanks for reminding me about ToA. Where the fuck is itI just want Tales of Arise and Granblue Relink to actually release.
Now if only Sony California would stop censoring Japanese games while also allowing games like TLOU2 to have intense violence and full on sex scenes.
w/e point still stands. Playstation has been shitty in regards to censorship double standards for Japanese games vs Western games. That is Sony Japan, there is no Sony California or Sony EUA, just PlayStation.
"Liet" such as?He liet a lot during ps5 campaign. People just wont fall for his crap anymore so easily.

A good sign that their strongest third party supporter in Japan... still is?The idea that FFXVI, VII-2, and Athia are coming to PS5 is a good sign.
Well, there it is.Now if only Sony California would stop censoring Japanese games while also allowing games like TLOU2 to have intense violence and full on sex scenes.
Do we really need to discuss the whole only on PS5 taglines and promises about the teams getting the most of their games thanks for ps5 hardware while not being limitted by ps4? Please just dont start with "well in retrospect you could interpret it as crossgen policy so its your fault that PlayStation deliberately lied about this". We know what they did. I still didnt swallow Horizon 2 being crossgen.
Also: we made a LOT more ps5s than we did ps4s for our lunch! They sold out everything and still didnt beat ps4 launch numbers. That was another lie from Ryan.
No need to be sorry, just would be nice to see people be more open minded to other options out there, instead of using sarcasm and other comments like how things are so bad now with all these acquisitions.
Where else would they go?The idea that FFXVI, VII-2, and Athia are coming to PS5 is a good sign.
PS5 has outsold the PS4 in the same amount of time. Including launch.
Jfc some of you are still hung up over this shit? Find me a quote that specifically says every game moving forward will be PS5 exclusive. You can't blame him because you interpreted a quote a certain way and turned out to be wrong. Was I disappointed to hear that Horizon 2 was going to be cross-gen? Sure but it's completely in line with what he said and Sony's past behaviour after launching a new system.Do we really need to discuss the whole only on PS5 taglines and promises about the teams getting the most of their games thanks for ps5 hardware while not being limitted by ps4? That's just Japanese games media in general. They're mostly PR outlets.
Famitsu actually made a question about Japan Studio, which can be read in Gematsu.
—Astro's Playroom was developed by Team Asobi, but many Japanese game fans are looking forward to new titles from Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Studio. Do you have any information about the studio's new titles?
Ryan: "Nothing I am able to comment on at the moment. However, Team Asobi's Astro's Playroom was truly outstanding. I'll have more to say about this at a later date."
More to say about Astro's Playroom at a later date? Are we getting a whole new Astro game?Famitsu actually made a question about Japan Studio, which can be read in Gematsu.
shipped the same, sold more?
