RDJ was supposed up be fake anyway. It was a stage presentation.Michael Douglas in Ant Man was the best example of this, wasn't a fan of RDJ in CW.
Yep, plastic surgery, top of the line makeup, personal health trainers why the fuck is any one surprised?
He could star in a Robin Williams biopic
I love it when this happens. The AoS stans that still pretend that show is canon are hilariously delusional.
Don't forget hair plugs!Yep, plastic surgery, top of the line makeup, personal health trainers why the fuck is any one surprised?
Only time I thought the de-aging affect looked bad was young Tony in Civil War.
Look at this thumbnail and those dead wax eyes.
Disney/Marvel have some witchcraft tech.
De age Pym and Janet looked so real.
Can't wait for when we start bringing back dead actors. Digital Chris Farley in a new movie? Sign me up.They still have some ways to go for fully digital characters. While rewatching Tron Legacy (one of the best movies in terms of visual spectacle), I realized just how much of an uncanny valley Jeff Bridges young doppelganger version exuded. The tech has seen major upgrades since then and the digital resurrection of Grand Moff Wilhuf Tarkin is proof. The only thing that needs to hit the spot are the isolated, subconscious and erratic facial twitches and head movement and the skin deformation that goes with them.
I love it when this happens. The AoS stans that still pretend that show is canon are hilariously delusional.
I'd love a Thing sequel using the Guardians 2's young Kurt Russel. Dude was beautiful.
They were also working with limited archive footage of a dead actor and had to essentially model a CGI character from the ground up. That's entirely different than having a living actor perform scenes in real time to be de-aged in post-production.People questioning this due to Tarkin in Rogue One: Lucasfilm used their own software for that movie, and it's years behind Marvel.
I love it when this happens. The AoS stans that still pretend that show is canon are hilariously delusional.
I think it's literally just that the 8 years later thing particularly contradicts the specific dates AoS gives, compared to just vaguely contradicting the timeline of the movies.
Really hoping this wildly contradicts Agents of SHIELD a whole bunch just like Homecoming stepped all over it, just for the reactions on here.
CGI Michael Douglas is still the best de-aging I've seen from marvel.
I wasn't a big fan of the de-aged Downey Jr in Civil War.
Yeah, Sam IMO doesn't look old like at all but Im sure his decades of work can make his de-aging look natural enough on screen.Honestly, both him and Michelle looked great in Ant-Man. I think they can pull off Sam Jackson for an entire film.
Man, when i think of Sam Jackson I think of his appearance as mace windu, I just kinda think he always looks like that even when hes damn near 70Compare him now to what he looked like around Phantom Menace, or Unbreakable. Dude looks real old.
