"Project Fog" coimg out in 2021?

Stumbled upon this on Reddit. Does anyone know what this mysterious project will be from Konami? Nothing from a Google search aside from this post shows anything.
Listed for PS4. Update: Found some more information from a user in a Discord group I'm in, but barely anything. But please take this with a grain of salt, as anyone could edit Wikipedia.

Maybe Konami is trying to make a new Silent Hill for next generation platforms. But yeah, take this with a huge grain of salt for sure.
