...and they can because of an agreement he signed with the Palm Beach that says Mar-a-Lago can be a business or a residence, but not both.

That message was formally delivered Tuesday morning in a demand letter delivered to the town of Palm Beach and also addressed to the U.S. Secret Service asserting that Trump lost his legal right to live at Mar-a-Lago because of an agreement he signed in the early 1990s when he converted the storied estate from his private residence to a private club.

Wow that's actually hillarious. He was probably imagining that place as his respite after all of this and now it's just another headache. Good.

I feel like Trumps strategy of suing everyone isn't going to work for him any more.

If he converts it back to a private residence he'll have to refund a shitload of membership fees. Not to mention the cost of upkeep that is no longer subsidized by a business.

As if the law has mattered to Trump in the past. He'll find a way out of it, probably with all the dough he's bilking his supporters out of.

This is the original agreement made between Trump and the Palm Beach Government. As you can see, Mar-a-Lago was just supposed to be a small, private social club with extremely limited occupancy. NEVER as a permanent residence with thousands of visitors and regular parties. Guest suites can only be used 21 days out of the year and it can't be used for any commercial applications...which Trump is clearly violating.

He can go to Kentucky and live the rest of his life there with his red hat assholes.

Fuck no this state has enough problems don't need to add that orange fuck. He can go to Wyoming or some dumb place that nobody actually lives in but the GOP claim 2 senate seats anyway.

Trump illegally made Mar-A-Lago his primary residence a while back, which also technically means he committed voter fraud by voting in Palm Beach County.

Any place that would actually accept Trump as a resident at this point is a place he would absolutely hate to live.

The places that would take him without a moments hesitation, Trump doesn't want to be anywhere near. Hes either hated in the places he desires or loved in the places he would consider hell on earth.

Because of the same agreement he may have broken voting laws too.

https://www.palmbeachpost.com/story...ump-may-have-committed-voter-fraud/112295606/

he may have already committed absentee ballot voter fraud during this past primary season. Trump himself voted then by absentee ballot.
First, while registering to vote in Florida, he gave an out-of-state address as his legal residence (prohibited in Florida). When this was flagged, Trump filed a second voter registration, claiming his legal residence was 1100 South Ocean Boulevard, Palm Beach (Mar-a-Lago). However, based on Trump's agreement with the town when Mar-a-Lago was converted from a single-family residence to a private club, Trump (and anyone else) was prohibited from using Mar-a-Lago as his residence, and in fact no one was permitted to stay at the club for more than 21 days a year, a provision that Trump has repeatedly violated with impunity.
