I signed up for it back when it was announced, but got nothing. Disappointed because I wanted to try this out. Looked in spam etc for anything related to Marvel and the last thing was the Spiderman upgrade on PS5 around Christmas time. Guess they don't want someone who played OW and Fortnite 500+ hours :(
Oh, ok! I guess I was misunderstanding. I see now they're talking about a servey, not the actual codes.
Installed and launched this morning. Servers aren't online but the splash screen is snazzy and gotta love how there's Ultrawide support (21:9) right out of the gate.
If I can't play I'm at least exciting to watch some gameplay and people complain about the meta on day one.

X-men sitting with 4 characters atm. Less then I'd hope for after '97 but imagine the choices were made awhile ago. 2 of the characters are inspiring choices over going with the usual core team picks.

It's actually 5. Unless you're not counting Magneto. I think per those Sony or Insomniac leaks about the X-Men license, X-characters are allowed in Marvel crossover games, but they have to under a certain percentage of the cast. Maybe 5 in 40 is that number?

Got my code. As a huge overwatch player, who has tested some recent OW2 stuff with Blizzard, excited to see how this compares. Hoping it's polished. I even recently fired up some OW2 custom games with a 3rd Person mod. Really wish this was FPS tho.
I for one am completely fine with a fewer mutants at launch if they are getting all the MCU characters out the way. Nothing would be more deflating than announcing post launch characters like fuckin Hawkeye.

Yeah I've never been a fan of that or Amadeus Cho being a Hulk for the same reason: they take two interesting ideas and combine them into one that's IMO lesser than their parts.

If interested in seeing abilities, this person recorded a good chunk of all abilities for most of heroes in alpha test. Getting more excited based on how strong some stuff looks , but the balancing will be interesting for sure
