I could see Peter doing a total asshole move.
Maybe? I mean, we had a Flint too.
LOL!Also- Virgil salvaged a bunch or artifacts from Earth - I wonder if Phil's good hand is down there.
playing the long game
Yeah he's probably using Skye knowing she can save everyone, it just looks like he's a bad guy. Either that or he is a bad guy but he'll get a redemption arc because he's got a crush
I like Skye better. Lol
If they bring any of these future people back from the past and change the future won't they just vanish because the timeline changed
clearly the point of this first arc is for them to see what really blew up the earth whether its daisy, thanos, or whatever change so poof that future doesn't happen.Depends on the mechanics they use. For example, in Age of Apocalypse Bishop remained unchanged because he was technically outside the timestream.
The problem is, Agents of SHIELD has already setup the fatalistic "all time is technically occurring at the same time and we just view it as a linear progression because of our stupid human brains, so time travel and prophecy don't change anything" rules.
The "We'll return in a moment" tag plays, then they cut to commercial for a few minutes, then come back to the those last few tags.Quick question: for those who watch this on TV is the "we'll return in a moment" as weirdly placed as it feel it would be? It seems like a pause followed by like 2-3 minutes of content. Does this come after a commercial break?
Yeah, gonna be a rude awakening for him if he finds out that the info he learned isn't exactly accurate. Like if that theory from earlier in the thread after last week's ep would be right.I don't like how hard he is pushing it. Like it's beyond personal
Yeah.
The way he said that line was great, multiple ways to take it.
Thanks my guy have always wondered. Honestly watched the first couple seasons on Netflix while I was aggressively sick and I think I didn't realize there was something after that bumper shield logo until midway through the third season. The "We'll return in a moment" tag plays, then they cut to commercial for a few minutes, then come back to the those last few tags.
Marvel time travel doesn't work like that. if you are out of the timeline when the time line changes it doesn't effect you. It is actually a major problem in a few stories. If they bring any of these future people back from the past and change the future won't they just vanish because the timeline changed
Time Travel inevitably just creates a permanent alternative timeline each time, right?Marvel time travel doesn't work like that. if you are out of the timeline when the time line changes it doesn't effect you. It is actually a major problem in a few stories.
yep, so you never really change time(unless you have something UBER powerful like the Forever Crystal, Doom's time platform, Living Tribunal), you just create a timeline you might like more.Time Travel inevitably just creates a permanent alternative timeline each time, right?
Marvel time travel (At least how it supposed to screw you Bendis and some writers) basically follows the multiverse theoryTime Travel inevitably just creates a permanent alternative timeline each time, right?
