I wouldn't be surprised if someone gets a call tomorrow to edit their LinkedIn profile - but it is what it is.
Not surprising. If God of War has sold over 20 million copies then I expect Spidey has too. Both games will probably end up selling a bit more too (particularly in Spidey's case) because they're being pushed on the PS5 as well.

Juggernaut. Will probably reach at least 25 million with the PS5. Though I wonder how they count bundles (Miles Morales Ultimate Edition with the remaster).
Damn, that is insane! A great game by a great developer, plus being attached to one of the most popular superheroes out there? That equals MONEY.
I haven't played it yet but I'll be sure to get it on PS5, with smoother gameplay and all.
On another note it kinda baffles me that shareholders don't ask for the sales breakdown of Sony's titles, it would be interesting to know when a game sold the most copies and if they had a long sales leg, etc. Given they are in the big leagues now it would make sense to know this stuff.

Not super surprising, as seem it at the very least would be around 20m and it looks like GoW (2018) is also in that range from another Linkedln profile.
Game was on PS Now (I played it that way).
Also it sold over 20m, how much only Sony knows.
I wouldn't be surprised if HZD is at least pretty close too, it's likely above 15m at least.
Well all we know right now is that both sold over 20 million copies.
Used copies, account sharing, borrowed copies, rentals. But yeah, used copies would make up the vast majority of that. We also don't know how many copies over 20 million it has sold.
Nintendo has three games over 20m on the Switch at the moment (Smash, MK8 and Animal Crossing), but their first party sales are always nuts.

Well it sold 20 million faster. But it basically didn't release a remaster, because you can't buy it "standalone". It's basically an "addon" for Miles Morales ;P

I'm one of those I guess. I borrowed the game off a friend at work since I didn't really have any interest in it but they kept telling me how good it was.

Damn over 20 million amazing, I remember just a few years ago people believed this game would be niche and struggle to outsell Tomb Raider.
27.6M users have won a least 1 trophy and there are almost 30M diffrent players according to Gamstat so it's probably closer to 25M than to 20M...~23M is my bet
