Wow, wild. Last I played it was plain Rainbow Six as it gets.
I really wish Siege made new operators free. I quit about 1-2 years ago and wouldnt mind getting back but I think there are about 6-8 operators that I wont have access to and for some reason that really holds me back from getting into it again. And it takes so long to grind for them as well. 25,000 credits it used be I think. Thats like 20-25 hours of gameplay per operator IIRC.
Well, maybe its for the best. I would have bought this skin. Sledge was my main. 20 bucks saved I guess lol.

I don't even think any Rainbow Six games have been Rainbow Six since Raven Shield. I think that's just due to the market for tactical shooters vanishing.
Easy money and works as a good marketing tool for both too. Especially when it's just a skin and not like some big cross over with stuff to do.

I do definitely prefer inspired by like what Destiny does, so that it doesn't break the art style as much, but I'm pretty sure there's like full unicorn skins and shit in Siege nowadays so MC doesn't really bother me. Stuff like Fortnite jumped the shark years ago at this point that it's just actually funny to me.
They really ran it into the ground, sucks because it was relatively grounded for years but they went so far with it and even started adding sci-fi abilities and such.

Great story and first half, but boy does the quality of the level design dip in the second. Largely due to sandbox balancing and difficulty scaling though.
