That's Max Temkin you're thinking about. This is the Cards Against Humanity creator right? I remember he had all kinds of accusations against him awhile back before this entire #metoo revolution picked up steam.

The mutherfucking Twilight Zone movie. I totally forgot about that.Yes, and he throws his "fame" around because he's the son of a once famous director who's best known for killing two kids and Vic Marrow.

Allie Goertz posted something back in November alluding to Max Landis too.
You dont get a couple days of internet fame at the police station. Why just write some weird tweets instead of going to the police? i seriously dont understand
I would hope so.Guess it's being corroborated with news outlets at the moment? Would love to hear her story.
100% same guy. This is the same guy who helped stoke the Rey is a Mary Sue complaint two years ago ?

I'm not going to say what I want to you about this so I will just quote a proper answer. You dont get a couple days of internet fame at the police station.
Because some people would rather get the word out then do a long drawn out legal process, which would be very difficult for them with a positive outcome not garrunteed?
YupThis is the same guy who helped stoke the Rey is a Mary Sue complaint two years ago ?
You do realize that could also have literally nothing to do with Landis, right? So why even post it?
This is one of those Hollywood stories I'm surprised isn't more well-known.The mutherfucking Twilight Zone movie. I totally forgot about that.
You can do both. Why just write some weird tweets instead of going to the police? i seriously dont understand

She's clearly talking about him.You do realize that could also have literally nothing to do with Landis, right? So why even post it?
I've updated OP, but if you read the thread from that tweet you can see who it is in relation to.

I still see nothing that indicates it is about Landis. Can we seriously stop with the gossip and witch hunting and just post actual facts and direct posts? Is that too much to ask?
Someone in the replies asks if they need to "chronicle" his misdeeds and she says yup. Then yesterday, after allegations against Landis started being made on Twitter, she posted a follow-up tweet saying she had talked to publications. It's clearly about him.I still see nothing that indicates it is about Landis. Can we seriously stop with the gossip and witch hunting and just post actual facts and direct posts? Not with Max. Just do a search for "Max Landis Helicopter" on Twitter. It's a common thing people use to shut him up when he's doing stupid shit like his Carly Rae Jepsen manifesto or failing to understand the "Will they or won't they" concept that Star Lord was explaining in GotGv2.
Friendly reminder that his dad got 3 people killed due to his negligence and suffered no punishment.
Max Landis is so utterly douchey and weird.
I always figured that behind the scenes he gotta be either one of the biggest dickheads there is, or actually one of the most genuinely wonderful people.
Also, i had no idea he wrote "Bright".
He alleges that Ayer put some heavy rewrites on it, but the only one who really knows is Ayer.Max Landis is so utterly douchey and weird.

Often because the accusation are just about somebody being a creep, not actually commiting any crimes. Why just write some weird tweets instead of going to the police? i seriously dont understand

Well looking at how bad most of his work outside of Chronicle has been, he might just be a bad writer. He alleges that Ayer put some heavy rewrites on it, but the only one who really knows is Ayer.
I absoultely applaud the one person speaking up from that Netflix tweet. Not so sure about the other 3rd party people whispering on twitter as it adds a bunch of noise to the whole thing.I love how the same people willing to give Max fucking Landis the benefit of a doubt refuse to apply the "innocent until proven guilty" standard to the intentions of the people speaking up.
